9.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAMTIDR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FramtidR, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your account.
11.1. FramtidR reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia and the laws of Delaware, USA, as applicable, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Colombia and/or Delaware, USA.
13.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Site and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
13.2. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
